• For the purpose of vitalizing academic exchange, the “MOU-IFES Grant Funding for Academic and Policy Research Projects on North Korea and Unification” is a project that supports experts’ in-depth research on peace and unification of the Korean Peninsula and North Korean issues.
• This research support program provides funds of up to $50,000 for research conducted by institutions or research groups.

• Research institutions including national institutions, think-tanks, university-affiliated research institutes, etc. that are located overseas (outside Korea)
• Overseas research group
• Overseas researcher (one person)
